Santos alleges that Kimmel submitted fraudulent requests to Santos' Cameo account and got him to say stupid things that were then played on TV. Santos is seeking close to $1 million from Kimmel, but he's not going to see a dime of it because Santos is the one who actually said the things that Kimmel submitted, regardless of whether it was under a fake name or not.
