But in the settlement agreement, lawyers for both sides made is clear that Alina Habba was NOT a party to the settlement and could still be sued in the future. This is because the employee alleges that Habba tricked her into the settlement to begin with by posing as a friend and giving her bad legal advice so that Habba could endear herself to Donald Trump.
