Trump Claims America Is Racist Against White People

During an interview with Time Magazine that was made public this week, Donald Trump claimed that there is an inherent "anti-white bias" in the United States that, according to him, is far worse than the racism faced by people of color. Donald Trump's interview with Time Magazine, of course, was published this week. And there's lots of different parts of it that have made headlines here and there. But there's one thing in that interview that I absolutely have to point out, and this part is not getting enough attention compared to some of the other things. And this one line from Donald Trump, when he was asked, in my opinion, a pretty stupid question by the reporter, like this was a dumb setup, a dumb question, a dumb prompt he shouldn't have even asked, but he did. Reporter asked Donald Trump. Uh, basically, you know, there's polling data to suggest that some people feel there's a bigger bias against white people today than any other group. So it's not even a majority of people that think that. So that's why I say like, it's kind of stupid to even bring that up. Like, Hey, there's a few weirdos out here who thinks something. What do you say about that? That's basically what the question was. So dumb question, but much worse response from Donald Trump who replied, there is a definite anti-white feeling in the country, and that can't be allowed either.

Donald Trump thinks that there is some kind of inherent anti-white bias in the United States that according to the other stuff Donald Trump said is apparently the worst form of racism and the biggest form of racism in the United States today. Those poor white people, man, people like myself every day being persecuted for the color of our skin, right? I mean, that that's totally a thing that happens. I mean, us white folk can't even walk down the street without having slurs yelled at us, right? No, no, no. That's actually not a thing. I mean, sure, I'm sure it happens. I'm sure there are people who are definitely racist against white people in America. Is it a majority of people that are racist against white people? Nope. Is that the bulk of the racism that we see in America today? Nope. I mean, it's barely even a blip on the radar.

But what Trump's statement here is telling us is that he is going to be tapping into, as we continue to get closer to this election, that white rage, right? That great replacement theory that his good buddy, Tucker Carlson, loves to talk about these white people who are so afraid of what's gonna happen when they're no longer the majority in this country, because they've seen what they did to the other people who were minorities in this country, and they're worried the same thing's gonna happen to them, right? They're worried that someday karma's gonna come back and bite them in the butt, which kind of is hilarious when you think about it. But Donald Trump is once again leaning into racism, leaning into that white people are the victims across this country. Hell, he's basically suggested that with the

Criminal prosecutions that he is facing, oh, you just can't get justice in this country. If you're a wealthy white guy, the system is rigged against you that Donald Trump being a white, wealthy, straight male probably makes him among the most privileged people in this country ever. Like you could go back to any point in American history, and if you were a white, straight, wealthy male, you are going to get special treatment no matter what. Whether it's in 1776 or 1820 or 1902 or 2024, white, straight male wealthy, you are going to get special privileges. Donald Trump has not experienced racism against him, but he knows that there is a huge portion of his base that thinks that white people are being replaced that thinks that white people are the most hated group in this country, and that is the rage he is tapping into because he basically has nothing left for his campaign to run on. So he's leaning more heavily into racism.
