One of the main reasons that Judge Aileen Cannon decided to indefinitely delay Donald Trump's document trial is because there are too many motions waiting to be ruled on. But the fact that these motions haven't been dealt with yet is 100% her fault, and she's had months to go through them and issue her decisions. Instead, she sat on them and then blamed the backlog for the suspension of the trial. It is becoming harder and harder to believe that she didn't do this intentionally, as Farron Cousins explains.
