4:07Now PlayingIn a filing to Judge Juan Merchan that was made public late last week, prosecutors in New York warn the judge against tossing out the felony convictions of Donald Trump. The issue, obviously, is the Supreme Court's immunity ruling from early July, but prosecutors make a strong case that the ruling in no way applies to this trial or the convictions that have already been secured. The judge will make his final determination on whether to scrap the entire case in early September. Farron Cousins explains what's happening.
