5:03Now PlayingDonald Trump isn't trying to hide the fact that he wants to use his Department of Justice to go after his enemies, and he made a veiled threat against writer E. Jean Carroll on Truth Social over the weekend. Trump reposted a photo of Carroll that suggested that she lied about what happened to her and then asked whether or not this should warrant Carroll going to prison for her "false" accusations. Trump has already been found liable for defamation twice in court, meaning the court agreed with Carroll's accusations. Farron Cousins discusses this.
