An incredibly enraged Alina Habba went on Fox News this week to attack Democrats who have said that this administration is "lawless," specifically with regards to Donald Trump's spending freeze. The angry Habba told Fox News that Democrats don't get to decide what the "law" is - the attorney general does that. But that's actually NOT what the Attorney General does, and shortly after Habba told the world that the AG interprets the law, a judge smacked down Trump's order, once again proving Habba wrong. Farron Cousins explains what happened.
