The budget includes extending the 2017 tax cuts for the wealthy, and in order to pay for them it calls for cuts to programs that would leave tens of millions of lower-income Americans with less than they have now. Cuts to social safety net programs are just the beginning, with education cuts and environmental safety and healthcare cuts right behind them. Farron Cousins explains what's happening.
