5:01Now PlayingOne of Donald Trump's DOJ lawyers was nearly laughed out of a federal courtroom this week after he provided an answer that onlookers described as "embarrassing." The lawyer was asked by the judge if the Trump administration objected to protecting consumers from fraud, and the lawyer admitted that he wasn't sure of the answer to that question. Laughter ensued, and the judge was not thrilled or amused with this flippant answer to such an easy question. Farron Cousins explains what happened.
