After Donald Trump very mildly attacked Vladimir Putin over the weekend, the Kremlin fired back and accused Trump of being "emotional" and having "emotional reactions" to what's happening around the world. In other words, Putin thinks that Trump is weak and acting like a child with his "emotional" reactions.
