A very confused and agitated Donald Trump was asked by reporters this week if he was moving the tariff deadline from July 9th to August 1st, and he had no idea what the reporter was talking about. Instead of answering about the deadline - which he clearly did not know was being moved - Trump fumbled around and said that there will be tariffs, which made no sense at all. Eventually, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick had to step in and answer the question to save Trump even more embarrassment. Farron Cousins explains what happened.
