5:38Now PlayingFormer Republican Congressman, and current CEO of Trump Media, Devin Nunes needs to stop filing defamation lawsuits because he's really not good at it. Nunes was handed yet another defeat this week when a judge dismissed his lawsuit against MSNBC's Rachel Maddow. Nunes had sued Maddow for defamation over reporting she did in 2021, but the judge found that the report that Maddow based her segment on had not yet been updated with accurate information, removing the "actual malice" requirement for the lawsuit. Farron Cousins explains what happened.
