All of the sections that were removed just happen to be the same parts of the Constitution that members of the Trump administration have railed against this year - including the parts about habeas corpus and acceptance of foreign gifts. The Library of Congress claims that this was due to a coding error, but the fact that this "error" only targeted the parts that Trump hates seems highly unlikely.
