In response to a complaint by an independent watchdog group, Kristi Noem's Department of Homeland Security has admitted that they've actually been breaking federal law for months. In fact, they were very clear on the date that they started breaking the law - April 9th of this year. The agency says that they have stopped keeping any records from their electronic devices, which is blatantly illegal, but they haven't indicated that they are going to stop breaking the law any time soon. Farron Cousins explains what's happening.
