Patel allegedly told one of the people that he has nothing to worry about if he didn’t vote for Kamala Harris, and this happened shortly before the agent was removed. Firing agents without cause is against the agency’s own rules, and firing anyone for their political beliefs is a massive infringement of the First Amendment.
