But on top of being pathetic, it was also insanely racist and misogynistic, with Hegseth saying that diversity is NOT a strength, and then going into a transphobic tirade about gender identities and how men are just better, in his opinion. The event cost millions of dollars was an even bigger waste of time than we thought it would be, as Farron Cousins explains.
