as posted by the channel

Republican lawmakers lost their minds this week after a memo leaked from Kash Patel's office allegedly showed that former special prosecutor Jack Smith tracked the cell phone data of several Senate Republicans during his investigation into January 6th. And while Republicans are claiming this is somehow "worse than Watergate," they forget that they have repeatedly voted to keep Section 702 of FISA up and running. That section allows the government to spy on virtually anyone who they suspect could be in contact with, or directly involved in, any act that is considered a threat to the country. Farron Cousins explains what happened.
