5:09Now PlayingJudge Aileen Cannon has been hit with a lawsuit from a watchdog group alleging that she is actively engaged in a coverup of crimes committed by Donald Trump. The group is asking an appellate court to overturn her decision to shield the second part of former special prosecutor Jack Smith's report detailing Trump's actions on January 6th. Cannon had ruled in December that the report has to stay private, although there is absolutely no legal justification for that decision. Farron Cousins explains what's happening.
