The article claims that only the "fake news" believes that Trump is doing a bad job, and went on to suggest that ALL of the negative polling data (which is every poll, including conservative ones) are fake and that you shouldn't pay attention to them. This is about as Orwellian as it gets, as Farron Cousins explains.
