According to the lawsuit, the 55-year-old man listened to health advice from ChatGPT, which he claims led him to delay seeking medical attention. ChatGPT allegedly said his symptoms were not likely very dangerous, but the pain he felt was actually the beginning of a pulmonary embolism that almost took his life. Eric Fish, a partner at Hooper, Lundy & Bookman, joined "Forbes Newsroom" to break down the lawsuit.
