Prior to Jamba Juice, he held senior positions with Safeway, Gillette, and Nestle. In 2020, he developed and led Culture Design Lab, an initiative meant to train and coach business leaders to actively participate in DEI practices across their own companies. In 2022, White published, 'Anti-Racist Leadership: How to Transform Corporate Culture in a Race-Conscious World' with Harvard Business Press.
