Shaun was born in Camden, New Jersey, and raised in Philadelphia partly until living with his grandparents in Deptford Township, New Jersey. He attended high school there and played football, baseball, and ran track.
Since graduating from college (Rowan University) with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Shaun has had a successful career as Fitness Coach/Trainer. He has created numerous popular fitness programs such as: Insanity, FocusT25, Hip Hop Abs, and Insanity 30Max. His latest program, Dig Deeper is a body building focused workout that focuses on muscle growth & definition.
