The Globetrotters, established in 1926, were acquired by Herschend Enterprises in 2013 for more than $70 million. Herschend also owns attractions, including Dolly Parton’s Dollywood and Adventure Aquarium. In the interview, Dawkins shares his vision for the themed attraction basketball team and its residency at American Dream Mall in New Jersey during National Black Business Month in August.
