28:36Now PlayingVictims of sexual abuse inflicted on them by Larry Nassar have filed claims against the FBI over the agency's alleged mishandling of the case. According to an inspector general's report out of the Indianapolis FBI field office, agents who initially blew off the case in 2015 failed to report the allegations against the sports doctor to the Lansing FBI or local authorities - which could have stopped the abuse of at least 40 victims.
