Mt. Clemens begins cleanup after severe storms roll through

The tornado is gone and storms have subsided, but the clean-up begins. For one neighborhood in Mt. Clemens, their clean-up goes beyond a mop and a bucket.

“Our crews did a great job to mitigate the flooding throughout the afternoon and evening after this unprecedented storm.”

“Homeowners and business owners who had flooding issues related to the storm are encouraged to reach out to their insurance carriers for assistance. The city is working to connect those in need with available resources.” ~Gregg Shipman, City Manager of Mt. Clemens.
