12:56Now PlayingA news release from the Pittsfield Township Police, the department that took Moore into custody hours after he was terminated at UM, said he is expected to appear in court for an arraignment on Dec. 12.
"This investigation is ongoing and under review by the Washtenaw County Prosecutor. The suspect remains in custody at the Washtenaw County Jail and is expected to appear in court for arraignment on 12/12/25," a statement read.
The Washtenaw County Prosecutor's Office previously said on Thursday that the case was under investigation and that Moore would not appear for an arraignment today.
