Doctor Anthony Swinehart at Hillsdale College is behind the discovery of a rare new fossil identified as macroalga - which is similar to seaweed. Now housed at the college's D.M. Fisk Museum of Natural History, the species was named after Swinehart, being dubbed Earltonella swinehartii.
