What We Know: Local and state crews have been searching for a missing 8-year-old since a crash on Tuesday morning.
Police say an SUV carrying six people from Durant, Oklahoma to McKinney hydroplaned while on Highway 75 in Sherman and crashed into a drainage ditch.
Waters from the heavy rain in the area swept the SUV to a nearby creek.
The body of an adult male was found a mile and a half away from the scene in a creek bed.
Four family members were rescued. The 8-year-old girl has not been found.
Authorities have not released the name of man, but some family and community members have identified him as Will Robinson, a girls basketball coach for Durant High School.
It's believed the little girl who remains missing is his daughter.
