Anyone driving south of 60th Street between 5 a.m. and 9 p.m. on weekdays would be charged $15, once a day. But there are different prices for taxi and for-hire vehicles, as well as for travel during off-peak hours. FOX 5 NY's Ashlie Rodriguez has the story.
