Trump insists Garcia is a member of MS 13 - and says the "proof" is the tattoos Garcia has on his hands-- which many say appear doctored in the photos.
This, even though the Supreme Court upheld a Maryland judge's order for Trump Admin to facilitate Garcia's return home. Trump told ABC News it is not his decision to make and he has attorneys working on the case.
