Authorities say 37-year-old Christian Delgado was arrested Friday after the girl, Winter Wagoner, was found living at his home in Silver Spring, Maryland. Wagoner was reported missing from her foster home in Kentucky earlier this year.
FOX 5 spoke with relatives of the accused, who claim Wagoner presented herself as being 18 years old. The investigation remains ongoing.
