YouTube Description

as posted by the channel

A Northern Virginia man says cloned versions of his Maryland vanity plate, "PRIVATE," were used on other vehicles, leading to at least 20 traffic citations he had to dispute. He claims the fake plates were linked to violations in D.C. and Prince George’s County, even though the vehicles in the photos were not his. Rosenberg says the issue only stopped after he sold his car and changed his license plate, and he believes license plate cloning may be a broader problem.
