18:31Now PlayingMinneapolis city officials, including Mayor Jacob Frey, are holding a news conference to provide an update on the city's response to the challenging pothole season. During the winter and early spring, the City fills potholes with temporary cold patches until permanent patches can be made during the regular road construction season. The City encourages people to contact 311 to report potholes. Public Works uses reports that come in from the public, as well as their observations in the field, to prioritize work and address street issues as efficiently and effectively as possible.
