They started with a food truck that they took all over the country. Executive Chef Joe even spent a few years sleeping in his car while working the food truck on the oil fields. He says he learned the art of wood-fired cooking from his mom who was raised in the mountains of Taiwan in a village without electricity. Buddy Boy Fine BBQ is open Wednesday to Saturday. It’s located at 8175 MN-7, Minnetrista.
