This year, Uptown staple Magers and Quinn and Red Balloon Bookshop, a St. Paul mainstay, are the festival booksellers. The event is on Saturday, Oct. 14 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. It is free to attend.
