YouTube Description

as posted by the channel

FOX 9 witnessed several eagles being released to the wild in Minnesota after the mild winter forced The Raptor Center in St. Paul to hold onto the recovered birds. One bird, a female called Scout, was released by the young woman who found the injured eagle.

Dr. Hall says winter is typically the time when The Raptor Center would release these eagles back into the wild. The reason winter is ideal is because with lakes across the state frozen, large groups of eagles are congregating in one place.
