Surveillance video, shared by regional health minister Oleg Melnikov, captured four medical staff securing their patient and surgical equipment as the building at the Kamchatka oncology center in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky shook.
Melnikov praised the medical team as "heroes in white coats," and Governor Vladimir Solodov announced they would receive state awards for their courage.
