16:11Now PlayingBloomington Police Chief Booker Hodges announced Tuesday that 16 men have been arrested as part of "Operation Creep," where the men were allegedly trying to solicit a 17-year-old girl for sex. Police say one of the men arrested is a state employee with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. Another is a civilian employee with the Department of Homeland Security.
