Logan was left a quadriplegic unable to walk or talk after a car accident near Cumberland, Wisconsin, four years ago; however, his health recently took a turn for the worse following a cardiac arrest.
In a final tribute to his selflessness, more than 100 family members, friends, and hospital staff gathered for an emotional "honor walk" at Regions Hospital as he was wheeled to the operating room to donate his heart and liver to two waiting recipients.
A GoFundMe has been set up to help the Motts cover the costs of a headstone for Logan.
