1:32Now PlayingAIR DATE: Dec. 1, 2015: The Hennepin County Attorney's Office investigates four metro day cares they say stole more than a million dollars combined, by billing a state program for children that didn't even exist. Investigators say they confirmed their suspicions by placing hidden cameras outside each center and counting how many children came and went. The count was often 30 percent less than the number of children they were billing to the state. On one day, a center billed for 34 children when investigators didn't observe a single child enter the facility.
