YouTube Description
as posted by the channelA federal judge is allowing DOJ investigators to search the cell phone of Twin Cities activist & attorney Nekima Levy-Armstrong in connection to last month’s anti-ICE church protest.
Levy-Armstrong calls the federal case against her “an openly politically motivated prosecution” and is concerned contents of the phone could be altered or misused. The judge says there are enough safe guards in place to allow the extraction to proceed.
Meantime, independent journalist Don Lemon, also charged in the case, will need to return to Minnesota next week to face a judge. His arraignment now set for February 13.
