A Minneapolis man alleging he was injured when agents dragged him from his truck is among approximately 80 plaintiffs suing the agency for excessive force. Additionally, the state of Minnesota is suing the Trump administration for access to evidence regarding federal agent shootings in Minneapolis that killed Renee Good and Alex Pretti and injured Julio Sosa-Celis.
Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty said her office is continuing to investigate with available evidence.
