The Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office released bodycam footage of the March 27 incident near Evansville, Indiana, showing the semi-truck ramming an empty patrol car as a deputy attempted to deploy stop sticks.
The suspect, 41-year-old Randall Baker, was arrested on charges of attempted murder, auto theft, and operating while intoxicated after the original driver was forced to jump from the moving vehicle.
