5:19:11Now PlayingThe Minneapolis city auditor is set to release a report on Wednesday detailing a review of two controversial cases including the shooting of Davis Moturi -- the Minneapolis man who was shot by his neighbor despite filing multiple complaints -- and and the death of Allison Lussier. Family members believe Lussier died from domestic violence and say police didn't do enough to investigate the case as a homicide. Police have defended their handling of the case, saying Lussier had drugs in her system and her body wasn't found until some time after her death. The medical examiner was unable to determine a cause of death.
