Leah Taylor, a driver for the Hancock County School District, suffered an asthma attack and fainted while the vehicle was in motion.
The students coordinated to steer and brake the bus to a safe stop while others contacted emergency services and provided the driver with her medication.
Taylor has since recovered and said the students had “saved her life.”
