0:56Now PlayingA sea turtle was released back into the ocean at Baia Flaminia in Pesaro, Italy, after spending two months at Riccione Sea Turtle Rescue Center, footage posted on July 23 shows.
The turtle, named Ulysses, was rescued off the coast of Cesenatico, after becoming accidentally caught in a trawl net.
The footage shows Ulysses eagerly approaching the ocean before submerging himself and swimming away into the sunrise.
“May the sea be your friend,” was the caption which accompanied the video.
