"This matter is remanded so that the case can be reassigned to a different judge," court documents show.
This means that Justin Johnson, Hernandez Govan, Cornelius Smith and Jermarcus Johnson, all who are charged in connection to Young Dolph's death, will face a new judge the next time they enter a Shelby County courtroom.
