3:05Now PlayingA letter obtained by FOX13 shows that Millennia no longer owns or manages Memphis Towers in the Medical District. Senior renters received letters on their door from the Richman Group, a Connecticut-based investment company, this week.
"We would like to announce that effective immediately, Memphis Towers is under new ownership," wrote Brian Myers, the president of 'TRG Memphis Replacement GP LLC."
