as posted by the channelEight years after an 83-year-old man was gunned down in his own driveway, the suspect in his death pleaded guilty. 29-year-old Ladarius Montgomery sat face-to-face Monday morning with the family of Eddie Walker.
Montgomery was initially charged with first-degree murder, carjacking and other felonies. Prosecutors recommended a plea deal of 24 years for second-degree murder and an additional three years for a separate burglary instead.
