In the midst of a global pandemic, Cuba has continued to overcome brutal US sanctions and denial of crucial medicines, using its self-developed biotech sector combined with a robust socialist programme. This programme has focused on the needs of the Cuban people and prioritised their health and welfare throughout the pandemic.
The Workers Party congratulate the Cuban government on its successful fight against the pandemic, US sanctions and other imperialist antagonists, and thank them for leading the way to a bright and indomitable socialist future!
